Recorded so nobody detaches the registration on the name.\nA DATE TENSION IS FLAGGED, NOT RESOLVED: the stored possession date is 31 December 2029 while the regulator's declared completion is 30 June 2027. possession_date is already awarded either way and I could not check the source of the 2029 figure, so nothing was overwritten.\n\n2026-08-17 (enrichment_agent_a01): amenities, phasing status and the additional registrations come from Lodha's own project page for Panache at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.
