Promoter agreement is not identification; the location is what settles it.\nNO REGISTRATION WAS ATTACHED AT ALL. The project completed in 2012, five years before the Act commenced, so it may simply never have needed registering. rera_applicability.applies is deliberately left null (undetermined) rather than set false: the completion year comes from listings, not from a record, and a missing number is far more often a linking gap than proof the Act does not apply.\nSIZES from configuration-level agreement across independent listings: 2 BHK 1,295-1,340, 2.5 BHK 1,440-1,519, 3 BHK 1,566-1,609 sq ft.
